I couldn’t leave.
Not when I saw the depth of emotion in his blue eyes….
For me.
I don’t understand it. I really don’t. But we’ve gone on almost as if nothing’s happened.
Except it’s different.
The underlying tension--expectation--is there in every action, but we still spend every moment together we can. We just…touch a little more.
Nothing much more than friendly comfort but…I know he wants more.
He wants to kiss me again.
Push off the couch and out of his warm arms to stare out the coach window.
Do I follow my heart or my head?
