Something that was never supposed to happen, not ever again.
Splayed... memories... naked... oh god what have I done...
Empty room... table cold against my back...
Just like we were... not just once but twice... rampant desire...
Moan, writhe, succumb. Enveloped, consumed, torn.
Go home, empty house. Scrub, almost don’t want to...
Oh shit... trace over the mark, pulse beating wildly under it.
Melt under the water, life I’ve been living, swirling down the drain.
Happiness balanced on a knife edge.
Risk and chance, open invitation with fiery passion, raging fire; safety, love, and memories of long years gone by.
