Frantic. Worried. Never been this late.
Goddamnit. Knew it was a bad idea.
Horseback riding?! Goddamn insane.
Pace, call his cell, he always answers...
Wanted to learn something his Daddy enjoyed. Doesn’t like hunting and fishing. Figured he’d give horses a try...
Damn fool of a man. I fucking love him. How can I not?
Hours pass. Is he with Martin...? Never never letting him out of my sight again.
Door... door’s opening. Sonuvabitch. Look who just strolled in covered in dirt but whole, safe. Still mine.
Burst into exhausted laughter and crush him to me. Mine.
